Return Policy
1. Digital Subscriptions
Spinaluepurifyeu sells access to digital meal planning software. Because the product is delivered electronically, traditional physical returns do not apply. This policy explains cancellation and refund options for subscriptions.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing contact@spinaluepurifyeu.world. Cancellation stops future billing. Access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription, contact us for a review. We may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion when:
- The request is made within 14 days of the initial charge
- You provide the email address associated with your account
- Technical issues prevented reasonable use of the service and were reported promptly
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Renewal charges after the first billing cycle are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Partial months are not prorated except where mandated by state regulations.
5. Charge Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us so we can investigate. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension pending resolution.
6. Plan Changes
Upgrading or downgrading plans takes effect on the next billing date unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Price differences are not retroactively adjusted for the current period.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
